Organic Castor Oil forms the rich foundation of the formula. Dense, glossy, and deeply conditioning, castor oil gives the serum its substantial texture and slow, deliberate glide across the skin. Rich in ricinoleic acid, along with other skin-conditioning fatty acids, castor oil creates a heavy, nourishing base with a concentrated botanical feel. Its density gives Verdant weight, richness, and a smooth cushion across the skin.
Organic Jojoba Oil refines the serum with a smoother, more elegant skin feel. Unlike traditional oils, jojoba is made primarily of liquid wax esters, giving it a lightweight, skin-compatible character that softens the density of castor oil. It improves glide, balance, and absorption while giving the formula a polished texture that feels rich without feeling heavy.
Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder is the antioxidant center of Verdant. Made from finely ground green tea leaves, matcha is exceptionally rich in catechins, including epigallocatechin gallate—EGCG—along with chlorophyll, amino acids, and natural polyphenols. These catechins neutralize reactive free radicals and interrupt oxidative processes that contribute to cellular stress and the breakdown of collagen and other structural components of skin. Matcha gives Verdant concentrated antioxidant defense while maintaining the clean clarifying botanical character that keeps skin looking fresher, clearer, and more balanced.
Fir Needle Essential Oil brings a crisp forest character to the serum. Fresh, resinous, and unmistakably green, fir needle gives Verdant a clean aromatic profile with natural conifer depth. Its botanical makeup is commonly associated with monoterpenes such as alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, limonene, and bornyl acetate, giving the oil its sharp evergreen character and bright aromatic lift. This forested profile adds freshness, clarity, and an elevated green character without overpowering the matcha.
Organic Frankincense Serrata Essential Oil gives the formula premium resinous depth. Warm, refined, and historically prized in luxury beauty and aromatic care, frankincense brings a polished botanical profile to the serum. Its terpene-rich composition, including alpha-pinene, alpha-thujene, limonene, and related aromatic compounds, adds antioxidant botanical complexity along with sophistication, depth, and an elevated presence that separates Verdant from ordinary facial oils.
D-Alpha Tocopherol, also known as Vitamin E, finishes the formula as the final ingredient. As a lipid-soluble antioxidant, Vitamin E interrupts oxidative chain reactions within oils and biological lipids, strengthening Verdant’s overall antioxidant profile while also contributing cosmetic conditioning, softness, and a healthy-looking finish.

This serum intentionally contains nutrient-rich, polyunsaturated plant oils that behave more like fresh fruit rather than heavily preserved synthetic alternatives. We prioritize potency and purity over indefinite shelf life. The result is a more effective, skin-compatible oil, provided it is used while still fresh.
To prevent spoilage and oxidation, store in a cool, dark place with the cap tightly closed. Discard if the scent turns flat, metallic, rancid, or otherwise off. Discard if the color changes unexpectedly or if the oil becomes unusually thick, sticky, cloudy, or otherwise changes in appearance or texture.
Botanical Note
This formula contains real botanical powder included for infusion, cosmetic character, and visual appeal. Shake gently before use to create natural movement through the oil; as the powder settles, it forms a concentrated botanical layer at the bottom of the bottle, giving the serum its evolving color, texture, and visual character. Store upright between uses and avoid getting concentrated sediment on clothing or other textiles, as natural botanicals may stain. The powder is not intended to collect around or pass through the roller ball, as buildup may interfere with smooth, even application. Once the oil has been used, discard the remaining botanical material.
Directions for Use
Apply anytime, day or night. Use the rollerball to apply the serum directly under the eyes, along fine lines, around areas of puffiness, over visible redness, and onto any skin areas of concern. Roll gently back and forth to massage the area while applying the serum. Apply liberally as desired. For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and broken skin.
